Bekim Kupina, media adviser to President Vjosa Osmani, has declared to Clankosova that the first state to inform the case has contacted the Interconnecting Office of the Republic of Kosovo in Serbia, broadcasts Periscope.
“President Osmani, just announced on the case, has immediately contacted the Interconnecting Office of the Republic of Kosovo in Serbia and has also been in contact with Quint states and the EU Office. The President's engagement will continue”, he said.
Former police officer Spahiu was arrested days ago in Serbia, while he has been assigned a month-long detention measure. He is suspected of “grave murder” from Serbia in the case of Banjska in 2023.
