He said this court was founded on the slanders of Senator Dick Marty, for which, according to him, there is still no argument or evidence, followed. Periscope.
Jashar criticised Kosovo institutions for the passive stance and stressed that raising charges against wartime leaders is an injustice that violates the freedom gained by war itself.
You know we didn't know this court, we rejected it. The most serious mistake for the people is that the opportunity to form this court on the slander of Senator Dick Marty. It has not been argued so far by those slanders, as if the KLA has done organ trafficking. Kosovo institutions are not supposed to sit back. There's got to be some sort of argument on this slander, about everything that's going on around the KLA war. Take the president to the position of head of state, be sent to The Hague and mount an act of slander. I think it's a great injustice and it affects the foundations of the state. Touching the freedom for which they fought and freedom over their fight today”, he said./eo
