An unusual event occurred in Librazhd, where a 32-year-old man has organized a clash between a dog and a cat, while filming and publishing social media images.
According to police, he has done so in order to get as many clicks and benefits as possible.
The 32-year-old has been charged with mistreatment of domestic animals -- namely, a dog and a cat -- writes Euronews.
“The Police Commissioner's services referred to materials in the Prosecutor's Office, where criminal proceedings began for A.J., 32, after promoting a match between two domestic animals (dogs and cats) in social networks, said the police report.
The procedure materials referred to the prosecution at the First Court of Jurission in Elbasan for further actions. /Periscope/
