We remember that earlier, Israeli President Isaac Herzeg has indicated that the release of Alexander was expected with “enign emotions and trembling hearts”.
He speaking during a visit to Germany, said Israel “does not differentiate between one citizen and another, and certainly not between those who have a foreign passport and those who do not have” ) refer to Alexander as also US citizen.
