Therefore, for these actions Mavriqi is suspected by the Prosecutor's Office for Criminal Work “Light Ending, but” by Article 185, paragraph 2 concerning paragraph 1, Penal Code of the Republic of Kosovo 1.4 points (KPRK).
Always on the prosecution's request, four days later, on May 24th 2025, suspect Burhan Mavriqi has placed a dangerous tool -- allegedly hand grenade at the entrance to Veliu's administration.
According to the prosecution, on May 24th, around 23:45 on the “nation's witnesses in the neighbourhood “Ulpiana” in Pristina, defendant Mavriqi, with the aim of intimidation and causing anxiety against the injured Africa Veliu had gone to the entrance of Veliu's gynecology ordinance, accompanied by a person for the time being unknown, had a dangerous device suspected of being a hand grenade model F1, behind the defendant with the N person. They've fled to Fushe-Kosovo.
After that, the defendant Burhan Mavriqi is said to have been identified by police, under the defendant's actions by which he caused much concern, anxiety, fear and feelings of uncertainty.
For these actions, Mavriqi is suspected of criminal activity “having signed” by Article 181, par.2 of KPRK.
