Lulzim Peci: It is time to request interpretation by Constitutional Court

The director of the Kosovar Institute for Policy Research and Development (KIPRED), Lulzim Peci, has said that the Vetevendosje Movement's attempt to make “oblications by the way of voting for the Speaker of the Parliament represents the latest act of losing confidence and understanding political dialogue to overcome the current” crisis.
