In this case, Jeton and Nexhat Vlasaliu are charged with the murder of businessman Bedri Rexhepi in 2021, with the goal of gaining wealth, reports “Justice Trust”.
The indictment was announced Wednesday by the chairman of the court, Mede Bytyqi.
Bytyqi said the two indictees are guilty of “grave murder” and “Dance of graves or corpses”, so he sentenced them to life imprisonment, where the time spent in detention will be counted.
According to the Constitutional Prosecutor's Act in Pristina, Jeton and Nexhat Vlasaliu are charged with criminal acts “heavy murder”, from Article 173, paragraph 1.6 and 1.4 concerning Article 31 of the Kosovo Republic's Penal Code (KPRK).
The indictment reportedly said that from January 9th, 2021 to April 8, 2021, defendants Vlasaliu in co-ordination following the preliminary agreement, had begun planning to deprive of life to hurt Bedri Rexhepi, with the goal of gaining rich benefits.
The same, they're also charged with criminal work “The fate of graves or corpses”, by Article 413, paragraph 2 related to KPRK Article 31. /Periscope/
