None of them have agreed to speak to the media about this meeting.
This is the first time the QUINT ambassadors have landed in the prime minister, following successive failures for the institution of the Kosovo Assembly's ninth legislature following the February 9th elections.
The prime minister's Vetevendosje movement in office, Kurti so far has not been able to secure enough votes to elect Kosovo's Parliament leader. Initially it had nominated Albulen Haxhiun for chief parliament, but the opposition parties in the past legislature have refused to vote on her. The continuation of the constitutional hearing was later blocked by the secret voting commission, which was proposed by the head of the session, Avni Dehari.
Meanwhile, today the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo has handed over to the Constitutional Court the subject for assessing the constitutionality of Kosovo's Parliament's decisions on constitutionalising the ninth legislature, respectively, the secret vote for the Parliament's chairman.
