According to the prosecution's announcement, the case is under investigation in the direction of the criminal act “money laundering”.
In the case codenamed “Matt”, three persons were arrested during last September.
“P The SRK announces public opinion that under these investigations, so far the seized property amounts to around 2,286,054,00 euros. This additional asset has been identified during investigations into close co-operation and surveillance with the Special Prosecutor's Prosecution in the name of suspect St. C.” says in notification.
By the final order of the Constitutional Court in Pristina, the Special Department is said to have seized “20 residential units in the total surface area of 1788.41 m2, of the estimated market value of 1,788,410 euros; 2 local businessmen with rough surfaces of 167.54 m2, worth the equivalent of the market at the height of 335,080,000 euros; 17 Paranking (garage) with a total surface of 241.96m2, with rough market value of 1456 euros; 600 euros; totaled storage of the 287,2 m2, 178208x (18x).
The announcement reportedly that the public will be announced on time for other actions.
