O V L- KLA: Rejecting Visits to The Hague by Special, Low and Shameful Act

O V L-KLA says the “Specialised Rooms in The Hague, through unprecedented and unilateral decisions, have rejected two official requests for OVL KLA representatives' visits to our imprisoned co-ordinators”.

According to O VL- KLA ko approach is exclusive, derogatory and selective.

Rejecting visits to The Hague, a mean and shameful act

With deep anger, we announce public opinion that the Specialised Chambers in The Hague, through unprecedented and unilateral decisions, have rejected two official requests for visiting OVL KLA representatives to our imprisoned fellow fighters.

Concretically:

The visit requested on April 21, 2025 by Mr. Fehmi Gucati, Mr. Enter the Gucati and Mr. Bedri Ahmeti at Mr. Shala, Mr. Krasniqi and Mr. Mustafa was rejected without any reasonable reasoning.

Also, on May 14, 2025, visiting Mr. Hashim Thaci and Mr. Kadri Wessel, for whom we sought to stay close in a human and moral way.

We are also informed that Mr. Rexhep Selimi has applied to allow this visit. This request is still in procedure, but we know what answer will come, another one. No, unfair and unworthy.

This disfellowshipped, derogatory and selective approach is clear evidence that specialised rooms are not aimed at justice, but at humiliating representatives of Kosovo's liberation war.

Rejecting visits is but an attempt to isolate our righteous struggle even in memory.

But that will never happen!

The NLA is not isolated, it does not bend and keep silent!

We urgently demand that these decisions be withdrawn and stop inhuman and political treatment of our fellow fighters.
