Pristina, May 29, 2025 Kosovo Energy Corporation (KEK) and System, Broadcasting and Energy Market Operator (KOSTT) have signed today an important electricity supply co-operation agreement within the process of liberalising the energy market in Kosovo.

Although KEK has signed several other agreements during the day, this agreement with KOST has particular significance because of the strategic role it plays in the transition of the energy market towards the open and competitive model. It represents a key moment in the development of the country's energy sector, setting the stage for safe, efficient and transparent power supplies.

KEK and COST representatives stressed the strategic importance of this co-operation, pledging continued co-ordination and expansion of co-operation in other areas of mutual interest, always in the work of improving energy sector sustainability and efficiency in the country.
