According to him, the Kosovo Judiciary Council announced that Mrs. Kallas is handling the issue of the resignation of Serbian prosecutors and judges, Periscopi broadcasts.
“We consider it an extremely important visit, it has been possible to report directly with the dynamics and the way we have handled the issue of resignations of judges coming from the Serb community, but also the prosecutors, of which situation we have certainly had, I am trusting the most constructive approach possible, serious and with proper care we are investigating the issue, so it has been an extremely good opportunity for us to get to know closely how this matter is handled in the Judiciary Council”, Zogaj said in <x> Info Magazine”
On the other hand, he said the KDR has the same opinion as Kaya Kallas, for Serbian prosecutors and judges to return to the Kosovo judicial system.
“actually seems that the approach of the KPC and Kallas is the same, we have left an open door for the return of judges and administrations to the judicial system, but in a sense that is also the call of the European Union and our international partners”, KDR leader said.
Furthermore, Zogaj said the main point of this meeting was to understand that the Republic of Kosovo has a completely independent judicial system.
