Hajrlla Cekut s '%i cares about the Law: Names top of the "%s" Theatre Steering Council (DOKUMENT)

Periscope has secured a decision date 07.05.2025, where the minister in resignation of Culture, Youth and Sports, Hajrlla Ceku, where he has named these members for the Kosovo National Theatre's Steering Council:
Raymonda Ahmetaj, Visare Aliu, February Aliu, Vlora Merovci, Gresa Pallaska, Molique Maxhuni and Donika Gashi.

This decision states that this Council has mandated until the functioning of the National Council of Arts and is responsible to exercise all competencies established on the basis of legislation in force.

However, the minister resigned, Hajrlla Ceku, violated the Law on Government Who predicts that, if a member of the government in office is elected MP of the Parliament, he should resign from the position of executive member before the day of the certificate of election outcome.

Article 31 of this Law also shows the government's restrictions on resignation.

The government's resignation only carried out the necessary and planned activities with the Government's Annual Work Plan and the annual budget law, except the following activities:

1.3. It does not initiate new procedures for appointment to public positions, whose appointment is competent according to relevant laws as well;

1,3.2 It does not make proposals and initiate appointments of senior officials for whom co-ordination is required with the president of the Republic.
