My dad was released on Friday. It's in Italy now.
According to him, Tefik's health condition is good.
He has also said that in Italy he is conducting some health checks.
Tefik Mustafa, was arrested in Serbia on the 1st anniversary of 2024.
He was accused of kidnapping and killing three Serbian police officers on June 19, 1999, during the war period in Kosovo.
He is charged with <x0). War crimes against the civilian population”, as a co-chairman, based on witness statements linking him to the disappearance of three Serbian police officials near Lribjan, in the Pristina-Gjilan magistrate.
