A citizen behind the camera, for Kosova Prees, said some hard parts fell from the top floors of the building on his field, on the first floor, and then on the ground, which he also called on fire crews to intervene.
I called them to save (the problem) that the third floor has the same problem there. I'm guessing the other floors have the same problem. The guy's got a falling ice problem. The first time I saw it fell like that. I don't know if it's from the second floor, I'm guessing that from the second floor, it's fallen on the ice, it's broken up and dropped to the ground. But, based on a speed, it has probably dropped from the fourth or fifth floor”, the citizen said.
Emergency Inspector Fadil Gashi confirmed that after accepting a call from a citizen, he sent the fire team out to the ground to see the situation.
Behind the camera, Gashi said the concrete fragments were removed from the street and the Terrace. /Periscope/
