The defendant apologises for running away, Faton Peci refuses apology

Defendant Blerim Avdiu has pleaded guilty and has also apologised to the minister in his resignation. However, T7 reports that the minister in his resignation has not accepted the apology.

The statement about guilt, the accused did after reading the indictment by prosecutor Besart Mustafa.

I admit guilt, I've never seen the minister, I haven't had a job. I don't know who he is. I was in the Croatian state, drunk, unemployed, and I don't even know what I wrote, the next day I saw the soapon, I broke it, and I sought help from Croatian doctors”, Avdiu said.

Prosecutor Mustafa said he agrees with the defendant's admission of guilt, since it has been voluntaryly done after consulting the accused with his protector.

Mustafa proposed to the Court to approve the guilty's plea and plead guilty.

The injured -- Minister Peci said Avdiu's guilty plea is unalterable, but he thinks it's not true that he was drunk because the threat has been repeated three times.

I think the admission of guilt has no alternative and I think guilt has been made as an attempt to it after extenuating circumstances and the statement that it was drunk I think is untrue. The reason I don't think it's true that the threat is again three times. The condition of a drunk does not last more than 24 hours, when three times the threat has repeatedly resurfaced”, Peci said.

He added that the defendant has even pissed off and abused family members. He said the threat spread hatred against him.

“It's a hate that went from the dill, and I think that continuous writings and slanders against me potentially could have been the motive because they couldn't be any different because I've never followed a conflict with anyone”, said Peci, reports the “Law Vowming “.

So, for these actions, Avdiu is charged with performing criminal work “Canning” by Article 181, paragraph 3 concerning paragraph 2 of the Criminal Code.
