According to AKS data, the largest price increase has been observed in several groups and sub-groups of COICOP rankings, which are highlighted: flights' tickets by 10.8%, coffee, tea and cocoa by 8.0%, alcoholic beverages by 6.9%, goods and services for regular home economy maintenance by 6.5%, as well as financial services at 5..8%.
Price increases have also been recorded for: mineral water, nonalcoolitic drinks and juices from trees and vegetables (5.3%), glass and kitchen heels (5.2%), candy and sugar products (5.1%), trees (4.8%), newspapers and books (4.6%), and clothing (4.0%).
On the other hand, some categories have scored discounts, affecting the slowdown in overall growth. The most significant decline has been recorded in fuels and lubricants for personal transport by -4.4%, as well as buying vehicles by -1.8%, which together contributed to a negative impact of -0.4% on IHCH.
KSF data for 2024 reflects an inflation stabilisation in relation to the previous years, although sectoral impacts remain sensitive to consumers. /Periscope/
