(a year ago)The prime minister of Great Britain, Keir Starmer, is due today for an official visit to Tirana, where Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama will be expected. The high-level visit comes at an important moment for relations between the two countries and is expected to peak with the signing of a “Agreement for strategic partnership” between Albania [...]
The meeting between the two leaders will be followed by a joint media conference at 12:40. While in Albania, Starmer will also visit the Museum of Armed Forces and the Centre of Innovation, Security and Protection two key points of co-operation in the field of defence and security.
The agreement, expected to be signed today, is seen as a further step in strengthening strategic relations between the two countries, following the road leading from the Sunak '%Rama meeting to 10 Downing Street in March 2023.

2. Business Economic Co-operation
3. Growth in Security Field Co-operation
