By 1:58, numerators across the country have completed 5,200 ballot boxes from 5225, all over Albania, the last 43 boxes are being counted.
According to official figures reported by the Central Election Commission, votes in each district translated into mandates provide a picture where the Socialist Party is far ahead with a number of mandates.
So the Socialists have received another mandate in Vlora, going to 83 mandates, where the best outcome is in Tirana, Fier, Durres, Elbasan and Vlora.
The coalition led by the Democratic Party has left two mandates in a few minutes, Vlora's and one in Tirana that seized Agron Sheray's possibility party. So the DP has 50 mandates and two mandates.
As for the other parties, Tom Doshi's PSD is the third political force in the 3-term Assembly, the coalition “Nisma Albania becomes” has 1 mandate, while the Movement Together 1 mandate.
The Socialist Party ranks first with over 250,000 votes in the air. /tch/Periscopi/
