On April 27th, the defence side requested the expulsion of the preliminary court, Ferjela Davidhi, causing the latter to interrupt the session and postpone it on 12 more days, for May 5th.
LCKKO just dropped the request for David's expulsion, where Judge Etleva Deda decided to drop requests because, according to her, no legitimate reasons were found on attorneys ' demands, reports Euronews. al, broadcast Periscope.
It will be Judge Davidhi who will issue this Monday the decision on whether or not to try the “Partizan” file.
Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha's lawyer, Genc Gjokutaj, had stated that the defence called for the removal of Judge Flojera Davidhi for “the emphasis on” in her previous decision making, naming him unfair and unbased in the law.
“Unanimously we made a decision to request the expulsion of Judge Davidhi. Her decision to declare our research invalid was a judicial chaos, with no clear reason for legitimacy. Today we officially filed the request for her expulsion”, Djoutaj declared.
The file relates to investigations into former top state officials and other people, for the privatisation of the “Partizan Football Club “and the Partizan Multiport Club”. /Periscope/
