In his Facebook account, Behram has announced the meeting with Congressman Keith Self, who is Chairman of the House Foreign Affairs Commission's Europe Subcommittee.
With Congressman Self, Behram has raised Kosovo citizens' concerns over human rights violations and systematic injustices in the trial against KLA leaders in The Hague.

In Congress in the United States, I was hosted at a meeting by Chongresmen Keith Self, who is the chairman of the House Foreign Affairs Commission's Europe Subcommittee.
Congressman Self is a proven friend of Kosovo and a powerful voice of life expectancy for quick NATO membership.
He is interested in Kosovo institutions' efforts to join the Alliance, foreign investment and economic development.
Congressman Self has expressed willingness to continue supporting Kosovo in all foreign policy priorities.
