spokesman Fadil Gashi said the police had initially been informed of an accident.
“The police station in Decan has been reported an accident in the village of Stralc. When they got to the scene they realized it was a fight between two people in a bar, then they went out and one of them hit the other by car and left. We have no information to kill. Now there are police units there and they see what's happening”, he said.
He stressed that police units have emerged at the scene and are investigating the case.
