In a Facebook response, Krasniqi has expressed consideration for the contribution of Haradinaj and his family to the liberation of the country, but has sharply criticised the vocabulary used in last night's debate, which, according to him, does not favour a former prime minister of the country.
“Chairman Limaj has never been Serbia's protracted hand, as an associate was unjustly told. He has contributed to the country both in wartime and at peace,” has stressed Krasniqi.
He has also recalled Limaj's unconditional support for Haradinaj at the time when he was elected prime minister, noting that this assistance had come for the sake of the country's institutional stability.
Krasniqi has reminded the AAK leader that it was himself who had earlier influenced the dissolution of the NISMA parliamentary group, taking over its deputies, including Haxhi Shala.
“cannot be said to be owned by someone. He is the leader of a consolidated subject with over 30 thousand supporters who have been entrusted with his values and political work,” has added Krasniqi.
At the end of the response, he has stressed that NISMA Social Democrat remains committed to the country's interest and democratic values, while strongly condemning the use of denigrative vocabulary on the political scene.
