Pristina Mayor Progress Rama has published a video in which Kosovo police officers are watched, imposing fines for drivers who have stopped vehicles in the surrounding lanes.

Rama via a video published on the social Facebook network has shown that one minute it will cost a 100-euro fine, reports Periscope.

“Vic a minute”, block traffic and cost $100! Parking and stops in the circuit lane, blocking roads, preventing pedestrians and creating chaos in traffic”, Rama said.
