The Founding Prosecutor in Pec, the Department of Criminals, has filed charges against indictees E.I because of criminal activity “Dunimi” from the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo.
According to the indictment, defendant E. I, dated November 27, 2024, about 19:15, in the village of Brestovik of Pec, with the use of force entering the house that the victim and then using force again and without the will of the victim committed sexual act, with what he committed the criminal work “Dunium”.
With these actions, there is good-based doubt that the defendant has fulfilled the elements of the criminal act described as high.
The prosecutor of the case in the case of standing up for the indictment has proposed to the court that the defendant plead guilty and condemn him under the law for criminal acts that are imposed on him. /Periscope/
