Rasp: I am not optimistic that we vote for the new government on Tuesday

The head of the Party for Freedom, Justice and Survival from the Serbian community, Nenad Rassic, said he is not optimistic since 15 April, when sessions for the Kosovo Assembly's constitutionalisation are scheduled can also be formed, the new executive, writes REL, reports Periscopi. He made those statements after being registered as deputy to the ninth legislature in the Kosovo Assembly.
“I am not optimistic that tomorrow we will vote for Government”, Rassic said.
At the 15 April session, the oath of MPs is in order and the election of the Speaker and Vice President of the Parliament. Rassic said he will participate in the session and that he will vote for the top speaker, which should be proposed by the Vetevendosje Movement ♫ “if there is any proposal that is reasonable”.
Rassic, currently acting minister for Kthim and Community, said the process of forming new institutions stemming from the February 9th parliamentary elections is a long process.
“This is not the first time a short cramp can occur. I remind you that in 2014 we had such a situation, then I was a deputy, but after two or three months that crisis was solved. In this case, I am considering that the best option would be for the largest party to form the government because any other option would complicate the process -- whether democratisation or government leadership -- of bringing Kosovo closer to the EU. Therefore, the best option at the moment is for the largest party to assume responsibility for leadership”, Rassic said.
He has won a seat of ten, while reserved in the Kosovo Assembly for the Serb community. The other nine have won the Serb List, the party of Serbs in Kosovo who enjoys Belgrade's support.
The Vetevendosje Movement, the winning party of the February 9th elections, has initially declared that it prefers to establish new institutions with non-Serb communities, but has recently acknowledged that it needs co-operation even with Albanian parties that have won seats in the Assembly.
