He has been arrested by Kosovo Police Inspectorate, Periscope.
Several days ago Kosovo Police Inspectors' investigators have accepted a complaint by a citizen from Gjilan who claimed that a police official (who was her fiancé) has exercised physical and psychic violence against her.
Following this information's acceptance, based on preliminary actions conducted and evidence collected by IPK investigators has provided a basis for reasonable suspicion that the police official involved in the case has used violence and threats to the complaint.
Given these circumstances, on suspicion that the police official has committed criminal work “Duna in the family”, the same has been arrested and with the prosecutor's decision of the same has been assigned the detention measure for 48 hours.
Within the actions of administrative nature and in the interest of the investigation, The IPK also recommended his suspension.
Other actions will be taken in line with IPK legal authorisations and co-ordination with the competent prosecutor.
