The Assembly has announced that the session will continue by 10:00.
This will be the sixth attempt at the Parliament's dedication, after five failed attempts..
Albulen Haxhiu is VV's nominated candidate for speaker of the Parliament, who has managed to get only 57 votes, failing to elect senior country..
The Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK), the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK) and the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo (AAK) voted against the election of Haxhi to head of the Parliament, meanwhile three deputies of the Social Democrat Initiative abstained.
The PDK and AAK are asking LVV to change the candidate, viewing Haxhi as an ununified figure.
The Vetevendosje movement has not given up Albulen Hadziu's name, as proposed for Kosovo Assembly Speaker.
According to the House Order, the constitutional sessions could continue no longer than 48 hours from the suspension, without limits on how long it can take.
The Assembly is considered binding only after the chairman and vice-presidents are elected.
