Kurti's decisions and ministers after the resignations, the LDK warned cases of constitutional and indictment, Hasani: Legal

Albin Kurti's resignation from the prime minister's position and the resignations of others from deputy prime ministers, ministers and deputy ministers were recognised on Saturday by the interim parliamentary commission to verify the mandates. This, according to the LDK deputy chairman, means that from March 27th, when election results were certified, the mere <x0-cysts have [...]
Albin Kurti was sworn in as Kosovo Parliament deputy on Saturday.
The Democratic Party of Kosovo, the Democratic League of Kosovo and the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo recognised his resignation and other members of the government cabinet that won seats there, putting their statements into the process of meeting the interim commission to verify mandates.
This allowed the commission's report to pass by a unanimous vote (120 out of 120 deputies voted for it), to leave the oath of MPs, which took place afterwards.
Albulen Haxhiu was nominated by the Vetevendosje Movement for Speaker of the Parliament. In two attempts, it received 57 votes, failing to elect top parliament.
Constituent hearing was interrupted to continue Monday at 1500. She had started Tuesday and could not go on Thursday more than in the voting process of the interim commission's report.
Tuesday, The PDK, LDK and AAK voted against this report, as they said otherwise they would violate the law. They said Albin Kurti and other government members who have been elected MPs would have to resign in advance, under the new government law. On Thursday, LVV through the head of the session, its deputy, Avni Dehari, refused to cast the report in a vote.
Chairman PDK, Memli Krasniqi, said yesterday that the resignations were included in the commission meeting's procession. According to him, the LVV was trying to block the constitution because they don't have the votes needed.
You see what we've told you from the beginning, the entire blockade that's been going on in the last four days on the part of the Vetevendosje Movement is about the fact that you just saw, that these guys have numbers. Because it was 52, it was 57. I don't think it's going to be 61<1>, he said.
LDK Deputy Chairman Hykmete Bajrami said that they have not changed their attitude about the resignations they asked for, but that “new circumstances have been created that enabled the commission to meet and make “the investigation of public statements of the prime minister and ministers and has accepted the same as resignations”.
She said this means that by March 27th, when the Central Election Commission certified the results, “all those who have taken the oath today have committed violations by exercising the post of prime minister,”, respectively.
Kosovo's Democratic Order will make criminal speculation regarding the exercise of the mandate these have made from March 27th to today”, Bajrami said.
Neither ruled out the possibility of sending this case to the Constitutional Court.
The “falls from March 27th to today, ordinary citizens have made decisions in the buildings of the Government of the Republic of Kosovo, and the Democratic League of Kosovo will initially make criminal and mass speculation, and we will see steps even for treatment at constitutional”, the MP said. /Periscope
