By KFOR's announcement it becomes known that the soldiers of this mission do such exercises to preserve and improve shooting capacity.

Italian and Croatian soldiers from the Western Regional Command (RC-W) of the NATO-led KFOR mission conducted direct fire drills at the shoot range “Voloirre” near Camp Village Italy.
KFOR soldiers periodically perform direct shooting exercises to preserve and improve shooting skills, test procedures and ensure a high level of readiness.
KFOR continues to implement its mandate based on UN Security Council Resolution 1244 to contribute to a safe and secure environment for all people and communities living in Kosovo and freedom of movement at any time and impartially. KFOR works in close co-ordination with the Kosovo Police and the European Union's Mission for Law Rule in Kosovo (EULEX) in their respective roles as security responders.
