“As a result of close co-operation between Interpol Tirana and counterparts in Croatia, the extradition procedure was finalised in Albania, citizens declared in international research, A. Leela, 51, born in Lezha. The Lezha Court, in 2023, has assigned this citizen the security measure “Arrest to prison” for criminal work “Producing and selling narcotics”.
