Months earlier, the Kosovo Police, the Sector for Investigation of Economic Crimes, had undertaken a successful operation that has resulted in the discovery and sequencing of a large quantity of blank documents (blanco) of various states and equipment serving to produce forged documents.
Also during January of this year, Kosovo Police Order Units in Pristina had banned a vehicle with local license plates, headed by the suspect with F.K. initials, where a large quantity of empty documents were discovered during the search.

On the same day, a laboratory equipped with various laser cars, printers and other equipment used for producing forged documents has been discovered in Pristina's Veternik neighbourhood, as well as blanco documents with covers of various countries in Europe and the world.

But the investigation wasn't over. Intensive investigations by Kosovo Police have continued in co-ordination with international partners, including Europol.
Today, 23,04.2025 has secured presence and another suspect with US initials has been interviewed as part of the group.
The same was interviewed in the presence of the defense attorney and, under the Special Prosecutor's decision ( The PSRK, has been sent to the holding for 48 hours./Periscopi/
