Indexline has published a statement issued by friends of the detainees who were detained by police in the early hours of the morning yesterday.
They deny any involvement of their acquaintances in the tragic event.
“O you who love truth and justice. Our dear brothers have been arrested by Teuhed police, accused of a serious murder offense. They are innocent before Allah and the witnesses of the truth. They are being tested because of Iman and their call to Teuhed. Pray for them. May God release our brother”, says in writing.
Ferizaj's founding prosecutor has already requested the appointment of the detention measure against six suspects -- Hakki Bela, Edmond Lika, Shkelqim Kuka, Relind Murati, Gen Gashi and Vatan Chaka -- for the murder of Sergeant Muhamed Lika.
According to the prosecution, there is doubt based on the date 01.04.2025, at the Kacanik, on the <x0dry Seferi Serif” street, respectively, on the 2nd floor of the building's entrance, defendants acting in co-ordination, deliberately and preliminary preparations are planning to deprive the late police official, Sergeant Muhamed Lika, on duty at the Kacanic Police Station. /Periscope/
