Lawyer Musa Kondzhel said all three suspects in the murder of police officer Muhamed Lika have been declared innocent, reports Online Economy.

“There is no group and no organisation”, Kongjeli said, while suggesting they have requested the measure of house arrest for suspects. According to him, this measure is sufficient.

Lawyer Musa Kongjeli in a statement for the media has denied any involvement of his client, Riley Murati, in the police murder.

He also rejected claims about the existence of an organized group behind it.

The defence has requested softer security measures for the client, proposing home arrest instead of detention.

I, as the protector of Riley Murat, based on what evidence we have so far, consider that my client is not involved in this work. My client officially refuses to be involved in this offense in any form. We are considering there were no groups to organize this murder. Everyone has been declared innocent. We requested the measure of house arrest”, he said.
