MP PDK, Progress Gruda, has said this party has voted Data check report, because it has wanted to pave the way for the institution of new Kosovo institutions.
However, he has said the PDK considers Kurti and his ministers have violated the law, but that it will not address the Constitutional Court.
“under these conditions we have given our vote, it remains the other organs to assess whether they can continue to exercise the post as ministers and prime ministers”.
“To The PDK, they're not right, but we wanted to pave the way for the institution's constitutionalization, because the citizens voted on us to find solutions and not block”.
