He has been optimistic that Kosovo will have new institutions in the days ahead.
“I hope things change the next few days, it's really a little nervey. I believe that in the coming days we will all engage to get out of this situation, and Kosovo wins its institutions one thing to be more clear than any other is that Kosovo doesn't have the luxury to be left without institutions I hope this situation will be resolved”, he said.
