What is the difference between period pain and endometriosis pain?

Menstruations, or periods, are the bloodshed that occurs each month among healthy people born in the womb, from puberty to menopaus. Endometriosis is a condition that occurs when tissues similar to endometrium are found outside the uterus, usually inside the bassal cell.

It is often considered the main cause of hip pain.

The pain of the hip has a significant effect on the quality of life. But how can you recognize the pain of menstruation and endometriosis?

Periodic Menstruations and Pains

Periods include removing an endometrial layer of 4-6 mm thick from the inside of the uterus.

As the alignment is cut off from the cervix wall, blood vessels that previously supplied the alignment flowed blood. The muscles of the uterus shrink, extracting blood and unspoiled endometry.

Endometrium and loose blood mostly pass through the cervix's neck and vagina. But almost everyone bleeds through the phallopian tubes in the basin. This is known as “Retrograde settings”.

The process of spilling menstruation is caused by inflammatory substances, which also cause nauseous, vomiting, diarrhea, headaches, pain, dizziness, faintness, and stimulant pain receptors.

These inflammatory substances are responsible for the pain and symptoms of the week before menstruation and the first days, writes MedicalXpress.

For women with heavy periodas, their worst days of pain are usually the worst days of menstruation, which coincide with more cramps to ward off numbness and more retrograde bloodshed.

Many women also suffer pain when they release an egg from their ovaries at the time of ovulation. The pain of ovulation or mid-cycle may be worse in the blood flow, since those women are more likely to bleed in the ovulation gland.

About 90% of teenagers experience periodic pain. Among these teenagers, 20% will experience such severe periodic pain that they need a school break and to lose their activities.

What about endometriosis?

Many symptoms have been attributed to endometriosis, including painful periods, sex pain, bladder-related pain and intestines, back pain, and thigh pain.

Other conditions related to pain, such as migraine and chronic fatigue, have also been linked to endometriosis. But these other pain - related symptoms occur just as often in people with pain of hip who have no endometriosis.

The repeated, significant pain of the period and ovulation can eventually cause some people to develop constant or chronic hip pain, which lasts more than six months. This seems to occur through a process known as central sensibility, where the brain becomes more sensitive to pain and other sensitive incentives.

Central sensilibility can occur in people with constant pain, regardless of the presence or lack of endometriosis.

Eventually, many people with periodic pain and/or persistent hip pain will have an operation called Laparoscope, which allows surgeons to examine their organs in the hips and stomach and diagnose and treat endometriosis.

However, only 50% of those with the same symptoms subject to a Laparoscope will end up with endometriosis.

How is this pain managed?

Endometriosis surgery usually involves removing lesions and climbing. But at least 30% of people return to pre-operation pain levels within six months or suffer more than before.

Periods by using hormone therapy (such as continuous oral contraceptives or access to only progesterone) can suppress endometriosis and reduce or eliminate pain, regardless of presence or lack of endometriosis.

Not every type or dose of hormonal drugs is tailored to all, so medications should be individualized, reports the Schneta newspaper.

The current approach to the golden standard to manage persistent hip pain includes a multidisciplinary team approach, aimed at achieving sustainable forgiveness and improving the quality of life.

This may include:

Rhesiorapy for the basin floor and other muscle problems
Management bladder and intestine symptoms
Support for Self-Management
Life - Style Changes, including diet and training
Psychological or group therapy, as our mood, levels of stress, and childhood events can affect how we feel and experience pain./Periscopi/
