MP Glauk Konjufca confirmed MP Albulen Hadziu's candidacy and called for support from MPs for her election at the helm of the Parliament.
With 57 votes for, 47 against and three abstentions -- the chairman of the session, Avni Dehari -- found that the proposed candidate did not get sufficient number of votes..
Under these conditions, the leader, Dehari, decided to call off the session.
