On Saturday, a man's body was found in the water near Tathra in New South Wales. This came a day after a 58-year-old fisherman and two other men were found dead in separate incidents in the state, writes BBC, broadcast Periscope.
Rescue teams are looking for a man left in the water near Sydney. Also Friday, a woman drowned and a man disappeared after their group was taken into the sea in San Remo in Victoria.
One of the women managed to return to shore, but the other woman and the man could not,” said Victorian police.
Victoria's director, Jakinta Allan, said these developments marked a terrible “beginning” on the Easter weekend. /Periscope/
