The report says goods for verification are pants or farmers with counterfeit brands like DSQUARD2, TOMY HIFIGER, DIESEL, GUCCI and MONCLER.
“On the date 22.04.2025, at the Pristina customs terminal 3, during a physical examination of a shipment, customs officers have encountered goods allegedly violating intellectual property rights (DPI).
During the search, the following goods have been stopped to verify:
Pants (farmerca) with suspected brands as counterfeits:
D SQUARD2, TOMMY HIFIGER, DIESEL, GUCCI and MONCLER.
The following actions will be taken in line with the law on protection of intellectual property rights and customs procedures in force. Customs remains committed to combating counterfeiting and protecting legitimate consumers and businesses”, the announcement said.
