Democratic Party of Kosovo Vice President Vlora Citaku has blamed Vetevendosje Movement for the blockade in the assembly, saying this party has turned the parliamentary stage into party theatre, and that, today, the Kosovo assembly is usurped, broadcasts Periscope.
Citaku has written that approval of the report requires a simple majority, not a consensus.
But the chairman of the session, in line with the party leaders' orders, deviated from the legal procedure and invited for “consultations”, a clear attempt to postpone the process, it has written.
