Cerkini said the seven persons arrested as suspects in the sergeant's murder have well-founded doubts, until he stressed that the motive for the assassination relates to his work as a member of the Kosovo police.
“Today we have arrived to arrest seven people suspected of having a well-based suspicion of having participated in the sergeant's murder. It's an unbroken job done these days. And we have a preliminary resolution where 7 people are being interviewed and with the prosecutor's decision the procedure will be continued further, of course, they will go into maintenance and proceed with further procedures”, Cerkini said.
“So far it is early to talk about the motive of the assassination, but according to what we have over the weeks, the main motive relates to his work as a member of the Kosovo police, he concluded.
