The floating vehicle is believed to have sailed from Brest, France, and captured in the English Channel on its way to Newquay South Coast, reports British media.
It comes after criminal gangs find new ways to evade authorities after a quick return agreement led to a significant decline in Albanians' arrival in small boats.
When Border Forces officers searched the yacht, they found 20 passengers hiding.
All thought to be Albanian citizens. 19 men and a woman have been arrested pending leaving Great Britain, an interior office spokesman said.
In connection with the event, Blidar Bega, 44, has been charged with “facilitating illegal entry” in the country. He was sent to custody to appear at the Cero Croen Court on 13 May.
Albanians Florand Lika, 30, and Romeo Zani, 32, are accused of violating the expulsion orders.
Both were convicted at the Bodmin Magic Court on 15 April. They were sent to custody to appear at the Cero Croen Court for detention next month.
Jahti appears to be a Bennett Oceanis Clipper 343, described online as a family yacht, and the versions used by the same boat are available online for 50,000-800 pounds. There are two cabins, six beds and a bath./Periscopi/
