At the Constitutional Court in Pristina, sessions were held against Dardan Molliq, who is being charged with criminal activity “assaulting the official person”.

Dardan Moliqaj was arrested during the day in Pristina. Arrest warrants were issued against him.

Molly's lawyer, Dren Kukaj, has requested that sessions be postponed for another day. According to him, invitations to appear at the courtroom have never reached Molly's address.
