Actuals against 6 persons for trafficking in people, violation and sex services of trafficking victim

A.K., M.Q., and R.K. are charged with committing criminal acts “Trafficking with people”, while E.B., and M.Q., are charged with carrying out criminal work “Dunium”.

Meanwhile, defendants A.Q. and H.Z. are charged with committing criminal acts “The sex services of trafficking victim”.

Actuals against six (6) people for trafficking, violation, and sex services of the victim of trafficking

Mitrovica, April 30, 2025 The Constitutional Prosecutor in Mitrovica ʹ the Department of Criminals has filed an indictment at the Constitutional Court in Mitrovica, against six (6) defendants, due to suspicion based on rape, trafficking, as well as the conduct of sexual services of the initial victim K.B.

The prosecution announces the opinion that defendants A.K., M.Q., and R.K. are charged with committing the criminal act “Trafficking with people“by Article 165 paragraph 2 concerning paragraph 1 of the Republic of Kosovo's Criminal Code.

The E.B. defendants, and the M.Q., are charged with committing the criminal act “Dunimi“by Article 227 paragraph 1 concerning paragraph 3 points 3.3 concerning paragraph 4 points of the Republic of Kosovo's Criminal Code 4.8.

While defendants A.Q. and H.Z. are accused of committing criminal acts “The sex services of trafficking victim“, from Article 228 paragraphs 2 concerning paragraph 1 of the Republic of Kosovo's Penal Code.

The Constitutional Prosecutor in Mitrovica, in the case of the establishment of the indictment, has asked the court for six (6) to convict the defendants of crimes committed and punish them by law.
