KFOR has indicated that the soldiers of this mission have completed a race called the best team.
Nine teams from six different countries contributing to KFOR are participating in the competition, adding to the announcement. Periscope.
Multinational soldiers assigned to East Regional Command (RC-E) of the mission # KFOR led by # NATO, finished the Best Squad at KFOR RC-East, all in the race for best team title. The race brought together nine teams from six different KFOR contributing countries. Training together with our allies and partners is an integral part of the willingness and co-operation of all KFOR.
These efforts are part of KFOR's daily mission to ensure a safe and secure environment for all communities living in Kosovo.
KFOR continues to implement its mandate based on UN Security Council Resolution 1244 to contribute to a safe and secure environment for all people and communities living in Kosovo and freedom of movement at any time and impartially. KFOR works in close co-ordination with the Kosovo Police and the European Union's Mission for Law Rule in Kosovo (EULEX) in their respective roles as security responders.
