Former Supreme Chairman: The judge has only left to issue orders for forced behavior

The Constitutional Court in Pristina has not indicated whether they have fined Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti after ignoring the court's order to appear in the same Special Prosecutor to give his testimony. Prosecutors have not yet decided on the next steps, yet say the court has legal grounds to fine Kurti. [...]
The Kosovo Special Prosecutor has not yet decided on the next step, which will take to convince Prime Minister Albin Kurti to go and give the testimony in case of state reserves.
By telephone, prosecutor Milo Krasniqi has said that they have officially informed the court of failing to present the witness, and that this announcement provides grounds for Kurti's fine.
Krasniqi has further said that during Wednesday they have analysed the situation and further steps to take, but that it will be decided for the following days.
But, from the Pristina Constitutional Court, they have not returned the response to whether they have fined Kurti for ignoring the order, which he was obliged to present for testimony in the SPRK.
According to former Supreme Court Chairman Fyzullah Hasani, the court has only remained the opportunity to issue orders for forced conduct, given Kurti's continued refusal.
“Design cannot pronounce prosecution. Ask the court to condemn him, and if he does respond to the invitation again, ask for forced conduct, and there is no alternative court but to approve that request but to order him to submit. When the witness acts under obligation has not come voluntarily, he has been brought at the request of the prosecution by police at the order of the pre-prosecutor and comes to the prosecutor and will not testify then he will be able to be imprisoned until 1 month”, Hasani has said.
He says the actions the head of government is taking, including attacks on the justice system, affect citizens and set precedents for disrespecting the institutions of justice.
There are definitely negative effects on anyone who is promoted is bad and badly read and misinterpreted such approach in relation to the institutions of justice, because each citizen has the obligation to observe the institutions of justice.”, Hasani added.
Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti was invited to testify to the prosecutor in case of state reserves, but the same rejected three invitations submitted by the Special Prosecutor. She addressed the Court in Pristina, which even failed to convince Kurt to appear in P. SRK.
Kurt insists he's willing to give the information he needs, but only if prosecutors go to his office in Government to get the evidence. /Dukagini/
