Statement of final election results, considered the most real scenario for forming government

After announcing the final results of the February 9th elections, the most real scenario for forming the government is considered the Vetevendosje Movement, the winning party, the Social Democrat Initiative that has won three MPs and non-Serb communities to form the minority government with 61 MPs. According to Krisolgout, Seb Bytyci all the conglomerates exist for Albin Kurti to form the government until it is more sceptical that such a thing will happen by other parties.
On the basis of the final election result, the Vetevendosje Movement, which was joined by the Alternatives and the Guxo Movement, has won 42.30 percent, PDK 20.95 percent, LDK 18.27 percent, as well as AAK- NISMA 7.06 percent.
Bytyci for Kosovo Press, says that on the basis of examining numbers, the next government will be formed by LVV, Initiative and non-Serb communities, according to all likelihood.
It does not rule out the possibility that, along with the three deputies of the Initiative, the AAK will join the coalition with five MPs, despite statements by this party's leader, Ramush Haradinaj that such a thing cannot happen.
Bytyci is more sceptical of a co-operation between LVV and two other major parties, PDK or LDK.
“Logically 61 MPs must be secured, now in number 61, in various ways can be achieved. Through various coalitions or through what is called the minority government, so if the government led by Vetevendosje is voted, then other parties do not enter the coalition, they simply vote in order for the government to function, but it is known that then this government would have problems with adopting laws. However, the numbers exist that there are various Memmulatements to become a coalition of at least 61 MPs, we have an example of the Initiative with 3 MPs that can deliver the number by 61, we have the AAK, but other parties. So, you'd choose one of these condoms that sends the number to 61. According to the political tradition also known in policyology, what happens is that they usually go with the smallest possible party and that in this case it happens to be the Initiative, which, according to all possibilities, is the greatest for this coalition”, Bytyci points out.
He says the possibility exists for the opposition to form the government, but according to him, the likelihood of such a thing is slim.
The willingness to form government by the opposition has expressed it to the PDK leadership, according to them even having several meetings with AAK leader Ramush Haradinaj.
The most withdrawn in this idea has emerged the LDK chairman, Lumir Abdjiku, who has said that the mandater's exaurim should be hosted by the winning LVV party, and then talk about such a possibility.
This option exists, but the biggest chance of the new government being formed with a coalition of small parties, while Vetevendosje's opposition going to Vetevendosje, I don't think it's a pleasant opportunity. Because opposition parties are also waiting for more, as it were, different conditions that put them together are not easy to form a government from opposition parties ... It exists because there are continued claims of forming government by the opposition, but it is still too early to talk about such an opposition concretely because there are numbers of compromises for Vetevendosje to form the government. As long as it doesn't happen and for whatever reason Vetevendosje sees it more convenient to go into opposition, maybe I'll go into opposition. However, I don't see much possible this” option, Bytyci adds.
The CEC announced its final results yesterday on March 15th. The next step, after the results are announced, is their Certificate, with which official deadlines for the constitution and formation of the Government begin.
On the other hand, politicologist Seb Bytyci for Kosova priss also talks about messages his chief gave him NATO, Mark Rutte, during his visit to Kosovo.
According to him, Rutte's visit to Kosovo can be seen as a message for stability in the country and the region.
Rutte's statement on reaching a compromise between Kosovo and Serbia, he views it more as a need for political compromises to resolve disputes in the region.
“I think that his messages are therefore in line with what happened even earlier where there is constant call for compromise, even his own visit can be seen as a message of stability, for NATO's commitment to stability in the region, but also for the need for political compromises in order to resolve no agreements through dialogue. However, if we talk about regional stability what we need to observe is the situation in Serbia, not so much dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia. If it is something that produces no stability is the internal situation in Serbia”, Bytyci points out.
In addition, he says the Western Balkans is facing security challenges, until he mentions the situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as major protests in Serbia.
According to him, Russia can also produce any crisis in the region.
“There was a response thankfully to Dodik's recent actions both by Secretary of State Ruby, but also the visit of NATO Secretary Rutte was a strong message. But Dodik's efforts, the efforts of President Vucik to undermine the states of the region, the internal crisis in Serbia that could lead to a situation in which the regime in Serbia triggers crisis in the region to create internal unity. Russia's bravery may also recently produce a crisis situation in the region. Western politicians' visits and statements can be seen as a kind of response to these challenges, even though we should not be alone with statements and only on visits”, he concludes. /kp/
