A woman (with Kosovo citizenship) fled the kitchen and tried to avoid control, but was caught by customs officers, broadcast albinfo.ch. When her personal data was checked, it turned out Kosovo had no right to work. By illegally working, she has lost her right to stay.
The same goes for another Kosovo citizen, who was also employed in the kitchen. Their passports were confiscated and handed over to the immigration authorities. The two Kosovars now must leave the country within a short term, the main customs office communique reportedly says.
Illegal employment: risk of fine of up to 500,000 euros exists
