He said the Special Court has violated basic human rights, refusing visiting permits.
Klinaku added that neither Government nor Parliament have taken any steps to protect the rights of the detainees.
“has been consistently wronged even the UCK leaders and all members in custody at The Hague that the Court has violated the fundamental human rights that for close families had to be released for visits on anyone with the case. Neither the government nor the Parliament as the founder of this Court did anything in the direction of breaking basic human rights”, Klink says of “Front Online”.
